SMS Service Terms and Conditions

By opting into the SMS service provided by Nolan Sampson, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Subscription and Opt-Out:

You have the right to cancel the SMS service at any time.

To unsubscribe, simply text "STOP" to the short code.

Upon sending "STOP," you will receive a confirmation of your unsubscribe status via SMS.

Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Nolan Sampson.

Rejoining the SMS Service:

To rejoin the SMS service, sign up as you did initially.

Upon rejoining, Nolan Sampson will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Assistance and Support:

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.

Carrier Responsibility:

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and Data Rates:

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from Nolan Sampson and to Nolan Sampson from you.

Appointment Confirmations:

You will receive messages to confirm appointments and notifications of newly booked appointments.

Wireless Provider Contact:

For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Privacy Policy:

For privacy-related inquiries, please refer to Nolan Sampson's privacy policy.

By continuing to receive SMS messages from Nolan Sampson, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Nolan Sampson reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time, and such changes will be communicated to you through SMS or other appropriate means.
